Morel, an alumna of École Polytechnique, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and HEC, brings extensive experience from PSA, including leadership roles in purchasing, project management, and electric vehicle strategy. In 2018, she pioneered a circular economy business unit for the automotive aftermarket.

Driven by environmental concerns and a vision to transform the industry's image, Morel built this initiative from the ground up, combining strategic analysis, reverse engineering, and new market offerings.
