Raymond is co-founder and CEO of Farmacy Hong Kong Limited, Asia's first "Agri-Prop" (agriculture and properties) tech company. Farmacy builds smart indoor mobile farms in urban cities, providing supermarkets, restaurants, schools, offices, residential projects, and households with on-site access to ultra-fresh, safe, and nutrient-rich produce via transparent, automated indoor farming technologies.

He serves on the HKSAR Government's Trade & Industry Advisory Board, Consumer Council, and BUD Fund Review Panel. His work focuses on commercializing new tech, enhancing quality, and identifying overseas market opportunities for SMEs through regional economic and cultural initiatives.
