The finite radio spectrum demands efficient, equitable, and coordinated use to prevent interference. WRC-23 is a critical platform for governments, the private sector, and academia to collaborate on fair regulation, fostering inclusive investment and innovation. This aligns with responsible technology use and outer space preservation for future generations.

Guterres urged participants to share the radio spectrum wisely to build a sustainable future for all.
