Ludovico Einaudi - "Elegy for the Arctic" - Official Live (Greenpeace)
Acclaimed Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi performed his original piece, "Elegy for the Arctic," on a floating platform in the Arctic Ocean on June 17, 2016. This powerful performance, set against the Wahlenbergbreen glacier in Svalbard, Norway, aimed to amplify the voices of eight million people demanding protection for the Arctic.
Greenpeace organized this action to urge the OSPAR Commission to safeguard international Arctic waters at its meeting in Tenerife. Join the movement to protect the Arctic by signing the petition here.
