We talked to three respected women in Oregon cannabis, and learned a few things.
Confidence, a strong mind, passion and knowledge are key. Along with a healthy respect for the advocates and activists who got us here. Also, a deep and abiding love for the plant. When we focus away from her, things start to go awry, and they also become a lot less fun.

Women in the Workplace is a comprehensive study of the state of women in corporate America. The study is part of a long-term partnership between LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company to encourage female leadership and foster gender equality in the workplace.
One hundred eighteen companies and nearly 30,000 employees participated in this 2015 study, building on similar research conducted by McKinsey & Company in 2012.

In today's world we continue to support ideologies and concepts that separate us as the human family and help us destroy our home that we call Mother Earth.
