This unprecedented effort, driven by Indigenous leadership and non-Indian allyship, marked co-equal decision-making between tribes and the US government. By 2024, the project will liberate the Klamath River and its tributaries to flow freely for 400 miles from Oregon to the Pacific Ocean.
