Oakland is reimagining public safety funding and policing amidst nationwide calls for racial justice. The Defund OPD campaign, launched five years ago by the Anti Police-Terror Project (APTP), aims to transform the criminal justice system.

Discussions focused on policies empowering businesses to address the climate and energy crisis while enhancing the EU’s sustainable competitiveness.
