About 3B people globally use biomass daily to cook, mainly burning cut firewood on open fires, at the lowest thermal efficiency. Open fires affect health, safety and deforestation. A promising research conducted by Fabio Parigi, Climate Healers and University of Iowa in Rajasthan, India, in late 2014 developed an insert, the Mewar Angithi, a $1 device that converts a traditional inefficient cook stove into a high efficiency cook stove. Since 2014, Mewar Angithi impacts positively the life of more than 25,000 people in India, Ghana and Kenya, thanks to the work of Dr. Fabio Parigi, Dr. Sailesh Rao and Professor H.S.
