Ikea has significantly embraced sustainability, equipping its stores with solar panels and wind turbines, and stocking shelves with LED lighting and recycled cotton. This transformation is driven by a new imperative, as Chief Sustainability Officer Steve Howard states: "Sustainability has gone from a nice-to-do to a must-do."
