Cristal, a first-generation Mexican from Gary, Indiana, is passionate about environmental justice and climate change, recognizing its disproportionate impact on BIPOC communities. Her work, rooted in ancestral connections to Madre Tierra, focuses on amplifying the voices of youth of color. She believes in sharing her platform to ensure their messages are heard.
