Mr Yang Chun Ping - Circular economy in China
July 16, 2018

Launched in 2010 by world record-breaking sailor Ellen MacArthur, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF) accelerates the transition to a circular economy. Initially, this concept was largely confined to Chinese policy, but China remains a frontrunner in circular innovation. At the 2018 London Summit, EMF's Jocelyn Bleriot interviewed Mr. Yang Chun Ping, China's circular economy director, discussing the country's strategic policies.

As a UK charity, the EMF has become a global thought leader, establishing the circular economy on the agenda of decision-makers across business, government, and academia. Supported by core philanthropic and knowledge partners, the Foundation drives this transition through business, learning, insight, and communications.
