The FAO-UNDP SCALA programme boosts the resilience and food security of women farmers in Côte d’Ivoire's cassava value chain. It helps women like Florence adopt agroforestry practices, increasing yields and enabling the creation of byproducts such as attiéké (cassava couscous).

These practices also strengthen social bonds, protect forest cover, and improve soil health. Stay updated by following FAO on social media, such as [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/UNFAO) and [Twitter](http://www.twitter.com/fao/), or visit [FAO](http://www.fao.org).
