Sustainability and Winemaking at Mumm Napa by Tamra Lotz

Tamra Lotz talks about what sustainability means to her and the people she works with at Mumm Napa winery in Rutherford, California. Tamra was born and raised in Napa, and brings with her a passion for sparkling wines and the valley she calls home. She completed her degree in Viticulture and Enology at University of California Davis, and after interning at Mumm Napa, was fortunate enough to be able to spend a year abroad, working and learning about wine. Tamra works together with Ludovic Dervin in all aspects of winemaking at Mumm Napa.

Tamra was interviewed by Ruth Ann Barrett of EarthSayers.tv, voices of sustainability, in September of 2013.
