The 35th FAO Regional Conference for Europe (ERC35) will be hosted by Tajikistan from May 11-15, 2026. This key platform brings together FAO members from Europe and Central Asia, governments, UN agencies, and civil society for strategic dialogue on critical food and agriculture issues.

Under the theme "Together for Resilience," the conference will focus on integrating climate action, biodiversity conservation, and land restoration to build sustainable, resilient agrifood systems. Discussions will cover sustainable natural resource management, climate adaptation, and external factors, including the impact of ongoing crises like the war in Ukraine.

The agenda also includes financing agrifood systems, reviewing FAO's 2024–2025 work, and setting priorities for 2026–2027, all aligned with the FAO Strategic Framework 2022–2031 to improve production, nutrition, environment, and quality of life.
