Tajikistan hosts the 35th FAO Regional Conference for Europe (ERC35) from May 11-15, 2026. It gathers FAO Members from Europe and Central Asia to address critical food and agriculture issues. The conference, themed "Uniting for sustainability," focuses on integrating climate action, biodiversity, and land restoration for resilient agrifood systems.

Discussions will align with the FAO Strategic Framework, exploring sustainable natural resource management, climate adaptation, and biodiversity conservation. The agenda also covers external crises, agrifood system financing, and the Ukraine war's impact, aiming to strengthen regional resilience and set future FAO priorities.
